Understanding Arthritis

Arthritis is a common condition that causes inflammation and pain in the joints. There are several types of arthritis, including osteoarthritis and rheumatoid arthritis, each with its own causes and symptoms. Arthritis can significantly impact daily activities and overall quality of life, making effective management crucial.

How Chiropractic Care Helps with Arthritis

Chiropractic care focuses on maintaining proper spinal and joint alignment. Misalignments can exacerbate arthritis symptoms by increasing pressure on affected joints. Chiropractors use specific adjustments to correct these misalignments, reduce pain, and improve joint function. Chiropractic care also includes lifestyle and exercise recommendations to support overall joint health.

Best Anti-Inflammatory Foods for Nervous System Health

What you eat has a direct impact on your nervous system. Chronic inflammation slows nerve signaling, amplifies pain, and worsens conditions like migraines and vertigo. The good news is that the right foods can make a meaningful difference — especially when paired with upper cervical care.

The Gut-Brain Connection: Why Your Gut Health Impacts Your Nervous System

Most people treat their gut and their nervous system as separate systems. They're not. Here's what that means for you.

Concussion Recovery: Why the Neck Matters

Concussion Recovery: Why the Neck Matters

Most concussion protocols focus entirely on the brain — but the research is clear: every concussion involves the neck. The force required to cause a concussion is ten times greater than what's needed to injure the upper cervical spine. That means the atlas and axis are almost always affected too. Here's why that matters for recovery, and what gets missed when the neck is ignored.

I sleep better. I don't hurt anymore. If you have given up ever feeling better, try them.
I've been to a lot of chiropractors. Peak Chiropractic is the only one that's actually made a significant difference in my well-being. I went from three to four migraines a month down to maybe one every two or three months. I sleep better. I don't hurt anymore. If you have given up ever feeling better, try them. I'll never be 100% but this is the closest I've ever felt to getting there.

Dr Jon and Dr Kyara listened to me, heard me, empathized with me, and helped me.
Peak has been a game changer for me. I have struggled with migraines for years. After a lot different trial and errors I found Peak and now I can say I have found a solution. Dr Jon and Dr Kyara listened to me, heard me, empathized with me, and helped me. They were super flexible and understanding with my busy schedule. I am more than grateful not be losing a day a week to migraines. I am excited to continue seeing them and experience even more health benefits.

I now no longer have daily migraines. Drs. Jon and Kyara truly want to help you get back on your feet and are ready to help you.
Dr. Jon and Dr. Kyara have helped give me life back! I have been suffering from severe migraines since I was in Elementary school and tried many different remedies. I have had many doctors tell me there was nothing wrong or prescribe different medications and send me on my way. Peak Chiropractic takes time to listen to me and explain what is going on. They look at the whole picture and go to the root. After my first adjustment it felt like a breath of fresh air. I felt energized again and slept so much better than I had in such a long time. I now no longer have daily migraines. Jon and Kyara truly want to help you get back on your feet and are ready to help you. They are truly amazing and do amazing work.
